Warranty & Returns

1. We offer a 12-month replacement warranty after the date of purchases for defective or damaged products unless otherwise stated.

2. Customers must report issues and provide order info by email before returning products.

3. Customers must return products within 7 days after obtaining a RMA number from us.

4. Customers must ship return products with a tracking number at their expenses.

5. We will ship replacement at our expense within 5 business days after receiving return products with a verification.
